Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Support field process engineers and product support staff in troubleshooting Etch chambers.
• Travel up to 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to field process engineers and product support personnel troubleshooting Etch chambers.
• Report process-related enhancements and continuous design improvements to engineering group.
• Support first-in-Fab customers with process qualification.
• Provide training to Field Service engineers and prepare BKM documents.
• Travel up to 15–20%.
