Job summary

Teradyne seeks an experienced Product Support Engineer to ensure field readiness for current and future semiconductor test products. You will work with Product Development and NPI teams to prepare new offerings for deployment and develop training materials for global service engineers.

You will be responsible for timely customer issue resolution, updating service docs, and leveraging technology to improve service delivery. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in Power, Embedded and Networking domains.
• Experience with design for serviceability and reliability concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class field support for Teradyne semiconductor test products.
• Collaborate with Product Development and NPI teams for new product deployment.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for field engineers worldwide.
• Create and maintain service documentation for field installations and maintenance.
• Analyze trends to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.
