Teradyne, located in Austin, TX, seeks a motivated Field Applications Engineer to design and deploy test solutions for Digital, High-Speed Digital, SoC, and Analog devices. You will develop test programs, review schematics, and collaborate with customers to optimize throughput and test coverage.

Must have 15+ years in semiconductor testing, strong software skills (C#, VB, C, Java), and ability to travel 25%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of semiconductor testing industry experience.
• Hands-on testing experience on ATE platforms (Digital, High‑Speed Digital, SoC, Mixed Signal or Analog).

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and deploy test solutions for semiconductor devices.
