Teradyne is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide world-class support for Semiconductor Test Products. You will represent PSG on existing and new products, collaborating with field and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve uptime.

You will lead field upgrades, develop FRU strategies, and mentor engineers with travel expectations below 20%. A strong engineering background and hands-on problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (MFG, EE, ME, etc).
• 10+ years of experience.
• Lead a high-priority product from a support standpoint.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional ability.
• Detail-oriented with documentation and design-review experience.
• Product Support and/or automation experience desired.

Opportunity Overview

The Teradyne Product Support Engineering team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically driven Senior Engineer to provide world class support to the current and future generations of Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products.

This role is enabled by an in-depth knowledge of Teradyne's product offerings coupled with a desire to provide timely solutions across an evolving customer Landscape. The Product Support Engineer role is a dynamic global support opportunity that spans an array of engineering disciplines.

This individual will report directly to the Semiconductor Test Product Support Engineering Manager.

• Represent PSG as a core team member on both existing and new products
• Work with the field team and engineering (SW and HW) as a lead on field issues and escalations i n both the field and factory
• Assist with identifying root cause to increase system up time

• Degree Required; Bachelors of Science in Engineering (MFG, EE, ME, etc)
• 10+ years of experience
• Ability to lead a high priority new product from a product support standpoint and provide mentorship to other engineers on the team
• Critical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Detailed understanding of mechanical design drawings and/or electrical schematics
• Must be self-motivated, team oriented, and "hands-on"
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision and with cross-functional teams
• Ability to create detailed documentation
• Product Support and/or automation experience desired

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is$121,100 to 193,800.This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan:

This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
