Job summary

Teradyne's Product Support Engineering team is looking for an experienced Engineer to provide world-class support for Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products, ensuring field readiness for launches and updating service documentation.

The role requires deep knowledge of Teradyne’s offerings, collaboration with Development and NPI teams, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Local candidates only; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in technical areas including Power, Embedded, and Networking.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated, hands-on team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Design for Serviceability and Reliability.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support Teradyne’s Product Support Group by ensuring field readiness for new product launches and delivering exceptional service, documentation, and training.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across Teradyne platforms and engage with Product Development and NPI teams for successful field deployments.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for field service engineers worldwide.
