Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic ops leader for the Global Payments Performance (GPPT) team. You’ll partner with Customer Success, Finance, and product to build scalable operating models, dashboards, and processes that optimize payments performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in strategic/operational roles at high-growth tech companies or consulting.
• Ability to scope undefined operational problems, design a solution, and drive to completion with minimal oversight.
• Experience across operational design, strategic planning and reporting.
• Comfort working independently with tight deadlines and accountability.
• Experience building operational foundations from the ground up.
• Project/program management experience.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical rigor with data ownership and validation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the GPPT operating model including processes, governance, forums, capacity, and metrics.
• Develop reports and dashboards to meet key reporting requirements.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
• Enhance business processes through data-driven decision-making.
• Define and monitor annual and quarterly OKRs.
• Prepare materials for QBRs and leadership meetings.
• Analyze system operations and workflows; troubleshoot cross-function challenges.
• Lead cross-functional, high-impact global programs such as Churn.
