Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Leader for Global Payments Performance (GPPT) Strategy & Operations to build the foundation of a growing, high-impact function within Customer Success. You’ll partner with senior leaders to design operating models, processes, cadences, and dashboards that measure performance and drive scalable results.

You will run cross-functional programs such as global churn, set annual and quarterly OKRs, and translate business needs into actionable projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic/operational roles at high-growth tech companies or consulting.
• Experience turning ambiguity into actionable plans with minimal oversight.
• Strong design, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience building operational foundations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and run GPPT operating model including process, governance, forums, capacity modelling and metrics.
• Develop reports and dashboards to meet key reporting requirements.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that improve GPPT efficiency and scalability.
• Enhance business processes through data-driven decision-making.
• Define and monitor annual and quarterly OKRs.
• Prepare materials for QBRs and leadership meetings.
• Conduct analysis and investigation of system operations; troubleshoot cross-function challenges.
• Lead cross functional high-impact global programs such as Churn.
