Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a senior operator and systems thinker to join the Central Strategy and Operations team. This role builds the infrastructure that makes Stripe faster, clearer, and more coordinated as it scales.

You will own the machinery of company operations—planning processes, operating rhythms, information architecture, and cross-functional systems—enabling senior leadership to make better decisions quickly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Built and owned operational systems that improve large teams' efficiency.
• Experience with annual planning, OKR/SOKR, and operating cadence design.
• Automation-first mindset with data pipelines and AI-augmented workflows.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Run annual planning for Stripe and coordinate multiple offshoot workstreams, and continuously improve processes.
• Build, automate, and scale central operations infrastructure and replace manual workflows with scalable systems.
• Translate strategy into operational reality by driving leadership-level discussions and owning follow-through.
• Drive continuous operational improvement with direct access to Stripe's most senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
