Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a Global Product Manager / Offering Manager for Aftermarket Parts within Flow Control. You will own the lifecycle, profitability, and commercial framework, leading global roadmaps and pricing strategies to grow aftermarket revenue.

You will partner with operations, service centers, and digital channels to scale kits, fulfillment, and e-commerce while navigating multi-region requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aftermarket commercial operations, product/offering management, aftermarket supply chain, or technical sales in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a commercial, marketing, or offering management role delivering revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Experience with spare parts packaging, kitting, pricing tiers, or lifecycle/EOL governance.
• Strong operational familiarity with oil & gas, chemical processing, power generation, energy, or flow control.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global commercial and growth strategy for aftermarket parts across Flow Control.
• Design, package, and scale standardized maintenance kits and repair packages.
• Lead strategic pricing models, value-based pricing, and margin defense initiatives.
• Formulate end-of-life and mature product strategies with global supply chain alignment.
• Advance go-to-market channel strategies including digital e-commerce and service centers.
• Establish and maintain a five-year strategic roadmap using VoC and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales engineering, and service centers on inventory and fulfillment.
