Job summary

TriMas Packaging is seeking a Global Product Manager to drive a strategic portfolio on a global scale. You will develop product strategies, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive profitability through market insight and innovation.

You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and regional teams to launch new products, manage the lifecycle, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities across beauty, food & beverage, and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product management in packaging or related B2B.
• Knowledge of major CPGs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned to market trends.
• Conduct market research, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Define product positioning and lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales, PMO, and GMs to enable launches.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and new geographic regions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and SMART KPIs including profitability.
