Job summary

Amcor leads the packaging industry and seeks a Product Leader to own the strategy and profitability of Retail Private Label and Branded lines. You will drive onboarding, SKU rationalization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver growth.

You will analyze P&L, pricing, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Sourcing and Marketing to optimize performance while guiding cost-reduction initiatives and regulatory compliance. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5–7 years experience in product management or sales
• Experience with product management strategy and new product development

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line, including roadmap and profitability for existing, enhanced and new products.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and manage pricing strategies and channel fit.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Marketing to support onboarding new business and product transitions.
• Manage SKU rationalization and product assortment for existing customers and opportunities.
• Oversee regulatory, compliance and quality initiatives across cross-functional teams.
