Job summary

Pearson Packaging Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth across assigned product lines, owning the entire lifecycle from market opportunity through launch and end-of-life.

You will identify opportunities, translate VOC into requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer needs and margin targets. Expected to collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to plan launches, optimize pricing, and define channel strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technically related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of product management experience or a comparable background.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and manage the entire product life cycle effectively.
• Effective and creative problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to provide sound judgment and the ability to lead and organize cross-functional meetings, committees and people in a professional manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and pursue growth opportunities by identifying new markets and applications.
• Define product requirements from customer input for engineering use.
• Lead development projects in partnership with engineering and operations.
• Own go-to-market and commercial success, including product, price, place, and promotion.
• Manage product line business plans and drive cost reductions and end-of-life transitions.
