Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in product management or product marketing.
• Experience across multiple regions or global organizations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product plan including current portfolio ownership and future opportunities.
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics and translate data into strategic actions.
• Own the product roadmap with a 3-5-year horizon for new product introductions, reformulations, and portfolio optimization.
• Establish and monitor product launch KPIs including adoption rate, revenue ramp, and gross margin.
• Develop pricing strategy and rebate governance for the product line.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans and sales training packages.
• Create customer-facing collateral (data sheets, briefs, battle cards) to translate product capabilities into buyer value.
