Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in science/engineering/technology or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, fluid dynamics, mechanical, electromechanical, and electrooptical systems.
• Experience with chemistry or chemical analysis strongly preferred.
• Comfort with Windows/Unix-like operating environments and networks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring on-time completion.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve installation issues by identifying root causes.
• Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of complex capital equipment.
• Collaborate with regions, engineering, and customers to verify performance and transfer tool ownership.
• Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout installation.
• Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements on time.
• Secure warranty signoff on newly installed tools.
