Job summary

Responsibilities

Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of highly complex semiconductor capital equipment
Collaborate cross-functional with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownership
Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout the installation process
Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time
Secure warranty signoff on newly installed tools
