Responsibilities
- Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring on-time, quality installations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve installation issues with root-cause analysis.
- Set up, align, calibrate, and verify complex semiconductor equipment.
- Collaborate with regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify performance and transfer ownership.
- Provide clear status updates and complete installation documentation; secure warranty sign-off.
