Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Lead/Senior Manager for its Global Capability Center to shape engineering capabilities and design scalable product and platform delivery models. Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Global Capability Center strategy, organization design and operating models.
• 3+ years in engineering, supply chain, product development or Industry X transformation leading cross-functional programs.
• 2+ years scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers in GCC environments.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to boost innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales and GCC setup engagements with engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating models.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance and delivery frameworks for GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
