Job summary

Accenture's Global Capability Center seeks an Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup, delivering scalable product and platform delivery models and strong operating frameworks.

You will collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to define engineering strategies, establish modern practices and governance, and drive enterprise transformation with impact at HQ. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation, delivery speed, quality, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
• Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend engineering approaches that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance that enable high-quality, efficient, and scalable engineering operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring engineering capabilities support broader business transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
