Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities across client opportunities, drive scalable product and platform delivery, and align engineering models with business objectives. You will partner with solution teams and stakeholders to implement modern engineering practices and governance.

Travel up to 50% is required as you collaborate across HQ and client sites, leading large-scale transformation programs and building high-performing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years dedicated to GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development.
• Minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep product/platform engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable delivery models, and recommend approaches aligned with target operating models.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
