Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Engineering Lead/Senior Manager to shape engineering capabilities that enable successful GCC design and setup. You will guide engineering strategy, scalable product and platform delivery models, and modern practices across client opportunities and HQ programs.

The role requires 8+ years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation, with at least 2 years building engineering orgs and leading cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments, including establishing operating models and delivery frameworks.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering and operations.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models that align with target operating models.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for efficient GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, accelerating digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
