Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities and enable successful GCC design and setup. You will provide engineering expertise across client opportunities, supporting market demand and scalable, future-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to design scalable delivery models, define strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend engineering approaches that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance that enable high-quality, efficient, and scalable engineering operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring engineering capabilities support broader business transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
