Qualifications

Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
Minimum 3 years leading engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or Industry X transformation programs.
Minimum 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters.
Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating model.
Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for GCC operations.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ; accelerate digital innovation.
Travel up to 50% is required.
