Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Lead/Senior Manager for its Global Capability Center to shape engineering capabilities that enable successful GCC design and setup. You will respond to market demand, define scalable product and platform delivery models, and drive modern engineering practices across the organization.

You will collaborate with solution teams and client stakeholders, contribute to enterprise transformation programs, and travel up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design and operating models.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers within GCC.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements at HQ.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating model.
