Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with significant GCC strategy, org design and large-scale transformation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation with cross-functional leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years in building/scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers within GCC environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape engineering capabilities for GCC, respond to market demand and drive scalable delivery models.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating model and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
