Job summary

Accenture’s Global Capability Center seeks an Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities and deliver scalable product and platform delivery models across GCC engagements. You will collaborate with solution teams, define strategies, and drive modern engineering practices that align with the target operating model.

The role requires senior experience in large-scale transformations, agile/cloud-native architectures, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with expertise in product and platform engineering, delivery models, and operating frameworks.
• Define engineering strategies with solution teams and stakeholders, design scalable delivery models, and align with target operating models and business goals.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks to enable high-quality, scalable operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation and business transformation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
