Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Global Procurement Manager in Dallas to shape and execute procurement strategies that support growth and supply continuity across the organization. You will manage complex supplier relationships across direct materials, electronics, capital equipment, tooling, and services, leading RFQ/RFP processes and negotiations with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or related function.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies across categories such as direct materials, electronics, capital equipment, or services.
• Ability to analyze market factors influencing total cost and supply risk.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships across a broad procurement portfolio.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate terms, agreements, and partnerships to improve value and continuity.
• Drive cost reduction, TCO, and working capital improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
