Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to drive end-to-end contract lifecycle, including CLM management and complex redlining for global supplier agreements. You will partner with Global Category Managers to accelerate RFPs and align contractual structures with business objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in contract management or strategic sourcing, strong legal acumen, and experience navigating international regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing global agreements with Legal teams across regions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review and redlining of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
• Manage the CLM tool, metadata, milestones, and renewal alerts.
• Collaborate with Global Category Managers and stakeholders across S2P processes.
