Job summary

Clarios, LLC seeks a Global Procurement Manager for Maxwell to develop and execute procurement strategies that support growth and supply continuity across Maxwell. You will manage supplier relationships across categories, translating business requirements into effective sourcing plans.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver cost savings and supply resilience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships across categories.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluations, supplier selection and negotiations.
• Drive total cost of ownership, cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
