Job summary

Clarios, LLC seeks a Program Buyer for Energy Systems in Milwaukee, WI. You will guide cross-functional teams through RFQ, SOP, and launch stabilization, ensuring price, timing, quality, and supplier readiness align with customer requirements.

You will track PPAP readiness, tooling status, and supplier milestones, lead supplier workshops, and drive cost-down actions while partnering with program management and finance. This is a hybrid, full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or supply chain roles in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting RFQs, supplier nominations, cost tracking, and launch readiness.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, risk management, and cross-functional project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional purchasing projects for assigned programs from RFQ through SOP and launch.
• Track sourcing, PPAP readiness, tooling status, supplier milestones and launch open points.
• Negotiate cost, timing and contracts while aligning with customer requirements and supplier commitments.
