Global Procurement Strategist — AI-Driven Programs

Job summary

Intermedia is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive global savings and supplier value. You will guide commodity strategies, negotiate with Legal on contracts, and optimize processes with Coupa, PowerBI, Atlassian, and ServiceNow while applying AI/ML to procurement workflows.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, you will lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP initiatives, requisitions, invoice reconciliation, and ensure best terms for software, services, and telecom needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated strategic focus and ability to craft commodity strategies.
• Experience negotiating and executing contracts with Legal.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with program management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse groups.
• Experience applying AI/ML to procurement workflows.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and large data set analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity strategies for key inbound products and services.
• Partner with Legal to ensure contract terms are aligned and reflected in MSAs/SOWs.
• Document business requirements and select suppliers to optimize price, quality, and delivery.
• Lead RFI and RFP initiatives and document cost savings.
• Leverage Coupa, PowerBI, Atlassian, ServiceNow, and AI models to refine processes.
• Create purchase requisitions and orders, reconcile invoices to contracts.
