Job summary

BeyondTrust, a leading cybersecurity SaaS company, is seeking a Sr. Director of Procurement to scale the Global Procurement function. The role covers sourcing, category strategy, vendor management, and automation, with 2 direct reports.

You will drive cost savings, establish governance, and build an AI-first procurement capability across geographies. You will lead a team to partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and other functions, ensuring compliance and executive-level visibility into spend

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive procurement experience
• 5+ years leading a team
• Experience delivering quantifiable cost savings and efficiency gains
• Experience with SaaS, technology, and professional services agreements
• Experience establishing SLAs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Business Spend Management platforms, preferably Coupa
• Experience operating in a fast-growth, high-tech environment
• Bachelor s degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement as a strategic lever and manage end-to-end processes
• Build a unified procurement operating model across global operations
• Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals for cost savings
• Own vendor lifecycle management from onboarding to risk mitigation
• Build an AI-first procurement function with automation
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for visibility
• Strengthen procurement policies and governance for scale
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Own and optimize Coupa as the system of record
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Security, HR
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
