This role requires 8+ years in procurement or analytics, experience with COUPA/SAP, and a track record of leading technology initiatives in manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain, analytics or related.
• 5+ years leading enterprise digital initiatives.
• Experience with COUPA, SAP, or related procurement tools.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual French and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead digital procurement strategy and AI enablement.
• Develop multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use cases.
• Act as a thought leader on emerging procurement technologies, AI/ML applications, and best practices.
• Drive the business vision for core procurement systems (ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk, P2P).
• Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement tools.
• Establish KPIs and value-tracking for digital initiatives; quantify cost savings and productivity gains.
• Drive change management and adoption across global procurement teams.
