Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Manager to advise clients and lead day-to-day procurement within the PaaS team. You will partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal leadership to execute sourcing strategies and negotiate SOWs.

As primary procurement contact for clients, you will analyze proposals, drive adoption of P2P/VMS tools, ensure compliance, and report savings and risk. This role requires strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management, with experience in RFx and

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in procurement/sourcing, with 3–5 years in IT/professional services SOWs
• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management
• Experience with RFx, P2P/VMS tools, and AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Act as primary procurement contact for clients
• Lead sourcing initiatives (RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiations, SOWs)
• Analyze proposals using AI tools to identify value and risk
• Partner with legal/business teams on contracts and compliance
• Drive adoption of procurement processes and P2P/VMS tools
• Track and report sourcing results and savings
