Qualifications

7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
3+ years of team management experience across regions.
Experience negotiating complex vendor contracts.
Experience using CLM systems and procurement tools.
Experience building dashboards and spend analytics.
Experience using AI to build, analyze, and predict procurement outcomes.
Experience with IT suppliers and software licensing, SaaS, cloud services.
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
Understanding of cloud pricing and FinOps concepts.
Software licensing expertise.
Knowledge of procurement processes and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and procurement across multiple spend categories.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and renewal terms with vendors.
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships for price, quality, and value.
Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation, and efficiency opportunities.
Maintain contract documentation and lifecycle management.
Lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders.
Oversee procurement staff across regions (US, APAC, LATAM).
Provide coaching, performance management, and workload coordination.
Ensure procurement standards and policies across locations.
