Quince seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home) to own cost structures, drive savings, and secure supply continuity.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will leverage expertise in commodity costing, clean sheets, and supplier negotiations to achieve should-costing targets and a win-win supply chain with partners. Success means delivering near-should-cost product costs, sustaining supply continuity, and aligning procurement with innovation and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement or supply chain management

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the procurement strategy and vendor roadmap for assigned categories
• Own end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners to secure cost savings
• Create and use clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and scale
• Lead upstream sourcing with material teams to ensure availability and cost control
• Support margin targets and collaborate with merchandising on cost optimization
