Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement - Apparel to own cost structures and drive savings across global supplier networks. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will shape category strategy, run end-to-end RFP processes, and build transparent, scalable cost models for finished goods.

You will partner with merchandising, materials, and production teams to secure competitive pricing, ensure supply continuity, and align procurement with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of global procurement experience in retail apparel.
• Proven track record running competitive RFPs with international partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms to conduct scenario analysis.
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the procurement category strategy to improve margins.
• Lead RFP ownership and end-to-end execution with manufacturers.
• Deliver immediate cost savings and build repeatable negotiation frameworks.
• Partner with technology to embed procurement capabilities into tools.
• Lead Buy Plan margin reviews and collaborate with sourcing teams.
• Upstream sourcing with material managers to align on cost in finished goods.
• Identify opportunities to reshape the supply chain and value creation.
