Job summary

Quince seeks an exceptional Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Bags and Accessories) to own cost structures and drive savings across key materials and suppliers.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will shape strategy, cost models, and supplier relations to secure transparent pricing and supply continuity. You'll lead RFPs, develop clean sheets, collaborate with merchandising and production, and pursue aggressive cost reductions while aligning procurement with sustainability and innovation

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins and align to growth.
• Own end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners and build negotiation frameworks.
• Create clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and update buy plans.
• Collaborate with upstream sourcing to align materials and costs for finished goods.
• Identify opportunities to reshape the supply chain and create new financial value.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and leverage AI for scenario analyses.
