LATICRETE International is seeking a Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing, inventory planning, and supplier partnerships from our US operations. You will coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective purchasing that supports production schedules and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong MRP knowledge, and proven negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
