Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Procurement professional to manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier relations for cost, quality, and timely delivery across our US operations. This role collaborates with Planning, Operations, and Finance to optimize stock and ensure service levels.

You will translate demand signals into action, maintain master data, and drive continuous improvements in supplier performance and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Implement stocking models and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Procurement: Create and manage purchase orders; monitor costs, quality, and delivery.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong supplier relationships and track performance.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, Finance to align purchasing with production and cash flow.
