Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own global Procure to Pay rollout and ERP‑enabled transitions across acquired entities. You will guide onboarding waves, translate target operating models, and drive savings delivery.

The role demands 8+ years in procurement, strong category management, and experience with SAP Ariba/S4HANA. Hybrid in‑person work is required with a focus on cross‑entity governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement/category management and ideally M&A/post-merger integration, with direct experience in standing up or rolling out Procure to Pay or Source-to-Pay.
• Category management experience is required, with a demonstrated record of leading strategic sourcing, negotiations, savings delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end roll‑out of the global Procure to Pay process and transition to ERP tools across all acquired entities.
• Translate operating model and process design into entity‑specific implementation plans.
• Track and drive resolution of process and adoption issues surfaced by acquired entities.
• Partner with Category Management, Third Party Risk, Legal, Independence and Technology teams to ensure rollout success.
• Support future roadmap towards an ERP/Ariba environment with future‑state architecture in mind.
• Build and maintain a repeatable onboarding playbook for faster ramp‑ups.
• Directly manage Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts to support negotiations and savings delivery.
• Provide strategic sourcing support across high‑profile vendors and deliver annual savings targets.
