Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own and lead procurement integration efforts across all Grant Thornton entities globally. You will report to the Global Head of Procurement and guide onboarding outcomes while shaping the ERP-enabled future state.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Finance or related field.
8+ years of procurement/category management experience, with M&A/post-merger integration preferred.
Experience standing up Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay across entities; SAP Ariba/S4Hana a plus.
Strong communication and governance reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end integration activities and savings delivery across all Grant Thornton entities.
Lead a team of Category Managers & Buyers/Analysts and coordinate with internal partners.
Report progress, manage onboarding plans, and enable ERP-enabled transition roadmaps.
Drive change management and ensure adoption across multiple entities.
