Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) seeks an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own and drive global procurement integration and savings delivery. You will guide onboarding, oversee ERP-enabled transitions, and manage a team of Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts across multiple entities.

You will report to the Global Head of Procurement, coordinating with Legal, Third Party Risk, and Technology to ensure successful roll-out, adoption, and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Finance or related field
• 8+ years of procurement/category management experience, with multi-entity exposure
• Experience leading Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay implementations across geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement integration across entities and drive savings delivery
• Develop and manage onboarding plans and playbooks for waves of entities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and reporting to leadership
• Coach and develop Category Managers and Analysts; manage executive stakeholder relationships
• Own governance, metrics, and communication for the integration program
