Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own and lead procurement integration activities and savings across all entities globally. This role reports to the Global Head of Procurement and drives onboarding outcomes, adopting a future ERP-enabled environment and building a scalable onboarding playbook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement/category management and post-merger integration.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay processes across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roll-out of Procure to Pay processes across acquired entities.
• Translate target operating model into entity-specific implementation plans.
• Lead and develop Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts.
• Provide strategic sourcing support and savings delivery targets.
• Maintain governance reporting to senior leadership.
