Job summary

Grant Thornton International Ltd seeks an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own end-to-end Procure to Pay rollout and the ERP transition across globally acquired entities, translating operating models into entity execution plans and delivering cost synergies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, category management, and M&A/post-merger integration.
• Experience standing up or rolling out Procure to Pay or Source-to-Pay processes across multiple entities.
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
• Experience in professional services or multi-entity/acquisitive organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roll-out of Procure to Pay and ERP tooling across entities.
• Translate operating model designs into entity-specific execution plans.
• Track issues, drive adoption, and escalate as needed.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Independence and Technology to ensure successful rollout.
• Support future ERP/Ariba roadmap and governance.
• Lead and develop Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts.
