Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery or global operations.
• Experience managing multi-region delivery center transformations.
• Strong communication and executive-level influencing skills.
• Fluent, professional English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to build, scale and integrate multi-region delivery centers.
• Establish governance and steerCo reviews to report progress and ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, processes and KPIs.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes for growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.
