Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own the end-to-end Procure to Pay integration across acquired entities, guiding onboarding waves and resolving adoption issues. You will translate operating model designs into entity-specific execution plans and report progress to senior leadership.

This hybrid role leads a team of Category Managers and Buyers, drives cost synergies, supports ERP/Ariba initiatives, and shapes the future procurement roadmap

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement/category management.
• Experience in M&A or post-merger integration is a plus.
• SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, governance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roll-out of the global Procure to Pay process and transition to ERP tools across all entities.
• Translate operating model designs into entity-specific implementation plans.
• Track and drive resolution of process and adoption issues surfaced by acquired entities.
• Partner with Category Management, Third Party Risk, Legal, Independence and Technology teams to ensure successful rollout.
• Support the roadmap towards ERP/Ariba environment and future-state architecture.
• Build and maintain an onboarding playbook to accelerate onboarding waves.
• Lead and develop Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts for negotiations and savings delivery.
• Provide strategic sourcing support and deliver annual savings targets.
