Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to join the team. This role leads the portfolio of transformation programs to build, scale and integrate global delivery centers across regions, ensuring standardization and high-quality execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
Proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
Should be a hands‑on leader with strong portfolio and program management and a strong bias towards execution.
Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multinational environments and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
Experience in high‑growth environments with large‑scale ramp‑ups (500+ - 1000 resources).

Responsibilities

Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
Establish and drive stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s, monthly quarterly reviews to effectively communicate progress against the program portfolio with the ROI.
Develop the GDC Playbook, including operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, and workforce planning across delivery centers.
Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ delivery resources across delivery centers.
