You will partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to advance data privacy stewardship across the company. Qualified candidates will have a JD, 20+ years of legal experience and 10+ years in senior privacy leadership, with strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and privacy-by-design principles.

Qualifications

• Juris doctor degree with legal privacy expertise.
• 20+ years in legal roles and 10+ years in senior privacy leadership.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and regional privacy regimes.
• Ability to design enterprise-wide privacy programs aligned with laws.
• Experience leading incident response with security partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global privacy program spanning legal, operations, and governance.
• Design and evolve privacy policies, notices, and data practices.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA and other laws worldwide.
• Embed privacy by design across product development and services.
• Create training programs to foster privacy awareness across the org.
• Oversee vendor privacy assessments and data processing agreements.
• Manage PIAs to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
• Develop incident response plans and coordinate with CISO.
• Provide regular governance reports to executives and the board.
