Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or LLM with admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Experience leading product counsel in a technology company.
• Experience across global markets for product teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-lawyers.
• Expertise in privacy, consumer protections, IP and data security.

• Lead the Product Counsel function, managing a team of legal professionals.
• Advise product, engineering, security, privacy and legal on regulatory issues.
• Stay up-to-date on U.S. and international laws related to product issues.
• Formulate global legal advice with Europe and Asia colleagues.
• Explain complex legal issues in clear terms for stakeholders.
• Provide pragmatic day-to-day and strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with tech teams and consumer electronics products.
• Draft clear communications for public and client-facing needs.
• Oversee transactional work and training initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects to successful completion.
