Digital Turbine is seeking an experienced Privacy Counsel to guide privacy and data protection across its platform, product, and partner ecosystem. You will advise on compliance questions, product launches, and commercial deals, collaborating with Legal, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Ad Operations teams.

You will serve as the primary privacy contact for a fast-moving, technical organization, translating regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance and shaping scalable

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience practicing privacy and data protection law.
• Experience with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, and ePrivacy Directive.
• Ability to advise Product and Engineering on privacy-by-design considerations.
• Experience reviewing data processing agreements and international data transfer mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day legal advisor on global privacy and data protection laws applicable to DT's business.
• Advise on privacy-by-design for features, data minimization, consent, retention and purpose limitation.
• Maintain data-flow documentation and DPA templates; negotiate vendor and partner agreements.
• Track evolving privacy laws and translate them into practical guidance for internal teams.
